? about setting up the morning of the wedding..

Here's the scenario:

My FMIL is making my centerpieces, and bringing them with her to the hall the night before the wedding.

Now, who sets out the centerpieces, and also the favors? I have a friend who says she did it HERSELF, and another said her hall did it for her. What about the rest of you ladies?

I am going to bring my hall everything for the reception three days before my wedding and that day, they will set up my seating card frames, bells and favors.

I'm pretty sure your hall would take care of this if you ask them to.

We ar making our own centerpieces too.
My hall told me they must be boxed and dropped off the day before. They will set them up for me. Give your hall a call. Every place is different.

Melissa I see you are getting married at Giorgios (in Baiting Hollow right?)
They will set up your centerpieces and placecards and everything else.
My sister got married there 3 years ago - absolutely beautiful, try not to miss the cocktail hour (unless you plan to of course) - very yummy

Thanks, Kim...I appreciate the info. We will NOT be missing the cocktail hour . We are having our pics taken before the ceremony, so we can enjoy the whole wedding.
