Probably. I actually have not decided if I even want to do the whole 'joining in on the first dance' thing. FH thinks its selfish to expect people to sit and watch us dance the whole song by ourselves but I feel like its our first dance as Husband and Wife and I want it to be our moment. Plus our song is pretty short so I dont think it's a big deal. However, if we do have the BP join in then it will be with their partner for the ceremony.

I didn't want that. I asked my DJ to skip the BP dancing part & just invite people out on the dance floor, so my bp could dance with their husbands, boyfriends, etc. instead... but he forgot I guess.... so I did end up having the BP dance together... they didn't care though.

I didn't want to force anyone to dance with someone other than their date/s.o. -- just like we didn't want to have a headtable, because we wanted our bridal party to be as comfortable as possible and enjoy their evening as much as possible.
We danced our whole 1st dance alone ... then we had a 2nd dance right afterwards where everyone was just invited to join us on the dancefloor.

I want to have my 1st dance then the 2nd dance everyone can dance with whoever they want. I remember a long time ago when i wasnt in the bridal party and the guy i was dating at the time was in the party, they had a bridal party dance and i was the only one sitting at the table......then ....they invited everyone else up to dance and i was like the only peron in the place sitting not dancing. I would never do that to someone, it was terrible

No - I was in a wedding where that happened and it was really uncomfortable for me. I would've rather danced with my FH.

never thought about it. Everyone is married so i figured they would just dance w/ their SOs, but one GM is sngle. His mom will be there, would that be bad if he danced w/ her...lol

Definetly NOT, I think that is so uncomfortable for someone to have to slow dance with someone while their SO watches from the side or to have to dance with someone they might not know very well.
My dj will ask for all couples to join in after the first minute of fh and I dancing alone
