You can eat anything if you do points. Every food has a point value assigned to it. I was able to do it in the summer just fine. BBQ chicken isn't awful and you can adjust your eating throughout the day so you can eat at a BBQ just fine. Good luck!
Which location are you going to? Just curious...I am thinking of rejoining too!

I have been doing WW for a year now and I have been very successful at loosing. I am at a plateau now but I feel better than ever. They have two plans that you can choose from, the first is called Flex and this is when everything you eat has a point value. You get a daily amount of points to follow and then you get an addt'l 35 points per week to splurge on. You can use them or loose them. I would suggest if you have a bbq use them on that... Then there is core, which allows you to eat all foods in their natural state (lean meats, fruits, veggies, wheat pasta, brown rice) until you feel satisfied. No counting. But you also get the 35 points there to use on other things that are not included in the plan. You just have to chose the plan that is right for you. WW and exercise is the best way to loose weight. What WW teaches you is portion control and healthy eating. You will lose weight for sure on it. Good luck.

it all depends on how you prepare the stuff you are going to BBQ. If you use a lot of heavy BBQ sauces and stuff then it's not good because they are high calorie but if you use light seasonings then it can actually be VERY healthy for you because all the fat and oils are dripping off the meat while it's cooking.
Also don't be afraid to put stuff on the grill that you normally wouldn't think of like vegetables. You can grill almost anything!

THATS exactly what i wanted to say but you said it so much better lol...Yeah just make the meat plain, add some seasoning with lemon juice, throw like red onions and peppers on top to give it some taste but stay away from most sauces...BBQ can actually be very good for a diet bc of the reasons she stated.
Yeah i also like grilling the veggies. In the summer this is a great alternative to eating healthy
