Aanyone have any ideas on how to decorate above the kitchen cabinets, I know the plants are popular with the ivy hanging down, very nice, I just wanted to see if anyone had any pictures or ideas? Can't find anything on the web. Thanks!

People sometime put pots or baskets up there.

glass bottles or pottery too...you could get some interesting pieces at places...

I get odd pieces at Marshals and Home Goods...I have a pig, some ivy plants, a big clay shoe...none of them match, but they look cute together..

I have serving platters and bowls that are pretty and I want to display, but it is also functional as I have a place to store them. I also have baskets up there too.

My mom has all wicker baskets my friend has all looney toons cookie jars- a ton!!

I have the same thing - we have a very small kitchen so they look pretty but it's also storage. I got those little stands to display the platters.

I put all my vases up there. It looks beautiful, they are all different colors and sizes, but it fits very well...

Along with a hanging ivy...I have a collection of cobalt blue bottles, vases and bowls above our cabinets.
