AC B-Party

So my MOH is planning my B-Party for AC on Memorial Day weekend....any recommendations?

Borgata is $546 for a room
Tropicana is $523 for a room

Anyone do their party in AC?

We stayed at the Tropicana and loved it! But what are you looking to do? Club/Bar? What the of Resturant? Just for warning you to get up to the room everyone needs a key and only 4 people per room you have to pay for extra keys $25 each

There are a few hotels that are right near the Tropicana...The Chelsea, and there's one more I can't think of the name, I'll ask FH. They obvy don't have casinos in them, but it's a place to sleep if you're looking to save money
(bc in my honest opinion, those room rates sound awful! lol)

I planned my sister's b party last year in Ac we stayed at Tropicana bc there are a lot of bars/clubs you can go to without having to go casino to casino. The biggest rave I can give is about the restaurant Cuba Libre at Tropicana. I called and was able to do a party menu that included open bar for 2 hours and we got free vip admission to their night club that night. The food and drinks were amazing! and it was pretty reasonably priced. There is also a Russian vodka bar there ( I think it is called Red Square) that sells a huge martini it was expensive but several people can drink it and it made for some great pics.

Also check out the lower rate rooms at Tropicana that are not in the Havana tower they are significantly cheaper and still nice. I don't remember how much we paid per night but is was definitely under $325 a night!

harrahs might be a cheaper option

it is off the strip but it is nice

they have an awesome daytime, party on the deck

and they have an indoor pool where they have a club at night

i went there last year and had one of the best times ever!!

We stayed at the Trump Plaza and thought it was very nice. It's on the boardwalk.

Yea the price issue is b/c its a holiday weekend - first weekend to kick off summer and what not.

We did the Tropicana and had a great time! Ive stayed there a couple times and Harrah's.

I do LOVE Harrah's but its not on the strip - so during the day if you wanna hit the boardwalk and walk around, ya know do some shopping it's just easier to stay at some place on the boardwalk.

Trop is great b/c you have everything in 1 place and its close to bunch of other casinos if you want to bounce around and do other things.

If you dont mind staying at a place w/out the casino check out the Flagship. It's way at the end of the strip but should be cheaper b/c its not a casino.
