A/C in Rolls Royce Limo?

My friend has me paranoid.....she got married last summer (during the heat wave) and didn't have any A/C in her Rolls limo. IS THIS NORMAL?? I know all of the limo places say that it's not, but I trust you guys! So....will my Princess Rolls have good A/C for my July wedding?
