Is that the new craft store near Brennans? If so I work down the block..I planned on going today during lunch but didn't have time. I'll post as soon as I can get there.

if its like the one i went to in conneticut then its worth the trip..
i found overall.. prices lower than michaels.. stuff at michaels that youd have to use a 40% off coupon on, were already low priced at acmoore...

I went there this weekend and it definetly was worth it, they are having a garnd opening sale on feb 14th first 1000 customers get a 10 dollar gift card.

I LOVE AC Moore!!! I shop at the one in Dickson city, PA!! I can't wait for this one! It is soooo much better than Michaels. (even though as soon as stores open in NY they aren't as good... i.e. Walmart, better outside NY)
I'll ask FH to bring me there as a Valentines Present! lol

yes, its in the CompUSA parking lot- along with Stop & Shop or Shop Rite (I forget) and Pace's Steak House. Its on 347 and Rt 111

Okay ladies... i went! well, a lot of stuff is 40% off for their opening. they are like michaels, but bigger. overall i was impressed. it was organized nicely, and it has everything!!! if you are interested in silk flowers, ribbons, crocheting, needle point, painting, this is the place to go. they have lots of frames, and they do custom framing there too. they do need to expand their wedding section. but for candles!!! go!!! lots of votives, tea lights, holders, vases, stones, etc. i had a nice experience. spent only 15 dollars, which is good, i could have spent a lot more. they will have the coupon in wednesday newsdays, just like michaels. everyone and their mothers went and old people are dangerous in parking lots, especially the ones in suv's!!! i often wish to do the star trek teletransport hover thing to avoid parking lots. anyway, it is worth a trip if you are in the area. if you like painting, oil or acrylic, stenciling, you would like it. oh, and i had an idea!!! for those of you who are crafty and have the time, they have foam board, in a poster board size, for less than 2bucks. it is like two sheets of poster board with hard foam in between, so if you wanted to do this...(see below)...it would be possible!

I was there recently and thought it was just like Michaels. Not worth the 25 min drive if you ask me.
