ac moore question

Rumor is it will be the corner of Hicksville Road & Hempstead TPKE. Some serious construction has been happedning in the last 2 weeks there!! Should be soon!

They are opening one in Holbrook too, at Sun-Vet Mall next to Toys R Us.

Such temptations - I work almost across the street - there is a Michael's just one exit east (an older one), now AC Moore, there is a Joann's at the next shopping center, and there is a renovated Michael's (with more scrapping stuff) just down Sunrise in Bayshore!

OMG!!! I live right around the corner and was wondering what was going there. I said to my MIL the other day, what could be going there!!!

You made my day!

Now if only we could get them to renovate the Michael's up by Home Depot! Or better yet, put in one of their Recollections stores where the Franks Nursury will be closing in Bohemia!

Edited to add - I think it's not opening until October or November

Edited again - I was over that way today and they had signs that they were hiring, and announcing it was AC Moore going in there! and the area smelled strongly of paint. So if they are hiring already - maybe they'll be opening in October.
