I'm trying to type up the wording for my accommodation card to send to the invitation company. What should it say?

Rooms for our guests have been blocked at the following locations. Please mention the Last Name/Last Name wedding when making your reservations. Be sure to book by ________ in order to obtain group rates.
Hotel Name Phone Number Address Website
I think that was how we did it.

I think something to the effect of: A block of rooms has been reserved at XYZ Hotel. Hotel contact info/address Please reference XYZ Wedding
You may also need to put the last date they should reserve by. HTH

I ended up doing my own Hotel cards- pic is in my album and the words are pretty clear to read but if you need help just feel free to FM me.
