Has anyone ever attended a wedding at Bourne Mansion? I spoke with an individual today that said that any music (live band or DJ) sounds HORRIBLE there and that I shouldn't book it.
Can anyone offer any advice?

Thats only true if you get a band or dj that doesn't know how to set up the sound system in that room. When we booked our DJ he told me there were extra speakers and things he brings with him to balance out the sound in the room. Make sure you book with someone who is familiar with the place.

I was thinking the same thing.. but on the opposing end... Bourne has really really high ceilings... so I am afraid that it'll cause an echo....

Thats why you have to go with someone who has experience with that room, they know how to set everything up to avoid the echo.
