Has anyone ever tried it? One of the guys I work with, his wife does it for weight loss and stuff. I was just curious.

He gave me her brouchure and it has weight loss, smoking all kinds of things. I guess I'm looking for the easy way out!!! Not that getting stuck with all those needles is easy but I guess better than dieting.....Unfortunatley, I know it goes hand and hand with diet and exercise.
