My computer was running so very slowly, I thought It was time for a new one..so i asked some computer savvy friends of mine and they told me to get ad aware and it lets you know whats been installed on your computer without your knowledge...its free..so i did it and I had 447 files of CRAP! I got rid of them and now my computer is running much better. Just wanted to let you all know, hopefully it will help someone!!!

Yes it's amazing just how much crap stays on your PC. You can optimize your drive by doing a defrag too. It will help programs to load a little faster.

everyone should install adaware!!!
Spybot- search and destroy is great too! It found some things that Adaware didn't find. We had hijackers and adaware didn't find it... my comp at home is running SOOOO much better now.

yes. I get all my programs from cnet.com But you can probably get it directly from their site.

maybe Ill try spybot too..I never knew this existed, just couldnt figure out why my computer was slow! Ive heard to defrag but dont know how to do it!

spybot s & d is another great tool to handle tronjons and other things
i use it along with spyware blaster
