ADA or Marco photography?

I came back from a showcase at East Wind earlier and I'm trying to decide between the two. I was wondering if there are any brides using either of them, that can give me some opinions and reviews. thanks! :]

I was considering using marco. I really like them I do I think they are a good company that is willing to work with you. I didnt like the fact that they leave after you cut the cake nor did I like the fact that many of the pics you see have simulated backgrounds I really.like natural looks. Again they were a second choice we met them 3 times and they gave us an amazing deal but leaving before I wanted them to was a deal breaker for me. As far as ada I dont have any info on! Marco is wonderful though and will work with your budget! He is also very funny too!

Thanks! Yea that's strange that they leave right after the cake I didn't know that, also didn't know about the background thing.

We booked ADA through the east wind all inclusive. We met with Helen at their selden location and she was awesome!! Very easy to talk to, and like the above poster said, a lot of Marcos stuff is simulated backgrounds or sunsets and I'm not personally a fan of that. Helen really sold us on ADA also. I'm so excited about our choice.

FH and I went to showcase at East Wind as we have the pkg at the Cottage and wanted to try their food and meet the vendors. Saw Marco's display and ADA's, was more impressed with ADA as Marco had 2 pretty young things there who knew nothing about the inclusive package or could answer any questions. ADA also had a better looking book that was part of the inclusive and the owner was there and could answer any question we had.

Looked up both through the Better Business Bureau, ADA not listed because they don't have any complaints against them, Marco had one and he never replied to the BBB about it, hence the bad rating. I'm sorry but if the BBB has a complaint against you, not answering could hurt you probably worse than the complaint itself.

ALSO if you check the reviews all the ones that had MARCO as the photographer had glowing reviews, anyone else who worked for him the reviews were not so hot. There is even one about Marco not getting the couple their book and pics for over a year and them pushing her off a couple months and a couple more and a couple more.

We met with ADA and loved Tony and Helen, both were very helpful and we can even meet the photographer who will be covering the wedding before the wedding date to see what they are like and tell them about special shots we want.

FH and I HAD an appt set up for Marco, but after reading the reviews we canceled it.

Simulated backgrounds and leaves after the cake??? Glad we didn't go that route. Thanks for telling us, feel like we made the right decision, I hope we did.
I hope I helped answer your question.

Whatever you decide good luck and best wishes on your upcoming marriage.

I just have to say, I'm so excited to see more Cottage brides!! I haven't seen too many on here! We were at the showcase yesterday too and felt like A LOT of people were looking into the package deal.
