I am using them, but my wedding is not until April Have you done a search, a lot of bride's have used them. I did a search before I booked, a few negative postings, but mostly positive.

Ive seen their work and they take excellent photos but I also heard that they are rather pricey.

I used them. So far, so good! We got our proofs back in less than a month. For the most part, I love our proofs! We used the Wading River office - our photographers were Tony Sandy (sp?), the owner, Neo was our photojournalist, and Anthony was the assistant. All 3 were exceptionally friendly, fun and professional all at the same time. All of the parents and some of the bp commented how impressed they were with them.
DH called ADA yesterday to ask about getting our proofs on CD. He told them I wanted to post some on here - Tony said if I gave him proof #s of the pics I want to post he'll make me a CD right away. After our albums are done, they will give us ALL proofs on CD.
I would make one suggestion - if there are certain shots you must have, make sure you tell them. For example, there are no pics of my DIYs - my menus, favors, tictacs basket, and no good pics of my centerpieces - all things that I agonized over for months!! I figured that's the photojournalists job, to take all those detail shots. But they're also not mind readers. ETA: this advice really applies to any photographer

I used ADA. My photographer was Anthony Jinete. He was very nice and personable and we got an amazing package. It included:
1 digital album with 100 pics 2 parent albums with 25 pics 4 8x10 2 11x14 1 16x20 1 20x20 2 colorized pictures ANY SIZE we wanted 12 pictures for our bridal party of any two shots we chose all our proofs in books a cd of our proofs 3 DVDs of our wedding video
it cost about $5k
I was happy with my pictures but felt that there could of been more. We only got 500 proofs. I called and they told me they edit the proofs so there were more but not printed out. I would have liked to have seen all of them. Also we took pictures on the beach and in alot of them we were all squinting. I would have thought they would have tried to avoid that.
