Never dealt with Eddie but I did use Big John from ADA for my wedding. I could not rave enough about the pictures I got & the service. I just got my wedding album & could not be happier. No problems to report the entire process!

I used Big John as well. Loved him, Loved my pictures. You can check out my albums for some proofs.
my friend used them and she wasn't thrilled....you also have to go to the Wading River office to pick up your album and meet with them...she found that to be a pain
My friend also used them and wasn't thrilled. I don't know who shot her wedding but they missed some really important shots, like their first kiss as husband and wife!!
I was originally booked with them. They messed up my engagement album. They put the wrong names on our book and then the way they handled was horrible. She cut the names off the page and handed it back to me and said we could have it for free. Why do I want a cut up album? I heard horrible reviews on them, I didn't like the fact that they seemed more like a photo factory. Evert time I called I spoke to someone different. Needless to say, I canceled my contract lost $800 and they were so rude on the phone when I cancelled that I told them I would never recommend them to anyone I know. I am now using Thomas Paul and it was the best decision I have made regarding my wedding thus far
I also had some problems with ADA.... We initially booked them for photo & video & put down a large deposit. We ended up cancelling photo portion, going with Duet (our gut) and just using ADA for video (w/Mike) so we didn't lose our deposit. Good Luck!
