my mom gave me her camera and I got some pics from my David's Bridal visit last Sunday. Here are a couple.
First Dress weighed 1000 lbs - no joke.
Second one everyone liked the best - although it was not my San Patrick in my eyes.
Last pic is me with my MOH. This is pretty much what I would like the BM dresses to look like - the 2 MOHs will have a 'clover' colored bow and the other bms will have black bows. I don't think I would like the dress as fitted as this one it but strapless and knee length.
i def like the 2nd dress better than the first i want to see this san patrick dress though to compare!

Wow #1 is a big old ball gown. LOL! It just looks like TOO much dress. And the second one, eh, you've tried on prettier. But it was all in good fun!

exactly! My mom actually picked that first one out and told me 'Look I know you would never want a dress like this but you have to try it on to tell me how heavy it is' LOL

Haha what is it with moms and ballgowns? My mom made me try on this one which reminds me of Belle from Beauty and the Beast. I actually liked it better than I thought I would, but my mom LOVED it.
I tried on that first one at David's Bridal just for fun while we were looking for bridesmaid dresses...it's sooo hard not to love that one, it's so sparkly and pretty lol i'm sure it would look amazing in pics too. The only downside to that dress is that it is so heavy!

you're telling me... the dress was actually so big that the lady couldn't fit in the room with me to help me put it on, so when I stepped into I was trying to lift it up while zipping it up in the back and it kept falling down from the weight! LOL

Thanks Dana! I know it really was pretty but just way too heavy and NMS - I could not see walking around in that all night, my feet would get tired from holding it up LOL.
And I will hopefully be posting pics after the 24th of my dress!
