I chose all of my brides maids back in October and we ordered their dresses in February. However, I have grown very close to my FH's cousin and now I want to ask her to be a bridesmaid. Do you think that's ok? Also, she is pregnant and is do a month BEFORE our wedding. Now I am afraid she will turn me down

If she wasn't going to be nine months pregnant I would say no problem, but she may not feel comfortable or have the time money and energy it takes to be a bridesmaid. Maybe you could ask her to do a reading or something at the church.
