Additional Inserts for invitations. Help!

Additional Inserts for invitations. Help!

Where can I put my website so people can get additional information?
How do I word hotel info?
I thought about putting website on RSVP card so people can go to the website to RSVP as well.

How do people normally include maps? Does the invitation company print it?

Thanks

I would put the website on the RSVP only if you want them to RSVP thru the website, but what a waste of stamps. Also if they wanted registry information and they sent the RSVP back, they won't have it any more. I think most people add their own direction cards. HTH

Would I look cheap if I only put stamps in the ones that we know are older and will not have access to a computer? I just want people to RSVP on time and I know sometimes people prefer to go online than to mail something. You are right, I do hate to waste the stamps

I'll be honest - putting your website info for people to RSVP probably won't increase your RSVP response rate.... some people are just lazy!

I would put your website info on the reception card or directions card (either way, put it at the bottom of the card).

For the hotel info, you can always do something like:

ACCOMODATIONS

A block of rooms has been set aside at This Hotel at a discounted rate of $thisamount.

Please reference THISCODE when making your reservation to receive the discounted rate.
