Address label question??

I'm mailing out our STDs with our christmas cards. FH and I moved in together over the summer and i want to order self addressed return labels. What do i put for the name???? Do i list both our full names?? our last names??? help!!

www.colorfulimages.com has really nice ones too. I think they even have wedding geared ones.
