I have some widows in my family. So do I address Mrs. Mary.... or Ms. Mary....?

ETA: If you put Mrs. Jane Smith it means that she is divorced if you put Mrs. John Smith it means they are married and/or widowed

I was going to do the Mrs. But i know my aunts and they like their name,lol. Thanks girls

After my father passed my mom always went by Ms. not sure if that helps at all
