I want calligraphy done also on my envelopes. Where are you getting it from? Awww why do you hate your invites??
I'm planning on using Michelle Clark, I've gotten lots of great recos. for her on here and on the knot. She lives in SI but you don't have to go there (if you don't want to). The girls I spoke to shipped their envelopes to her and her turnaround time is fairly quick I think though I don't know an exact time, I haven't called her yet. She charges around $1.25 per set.

First you have to figure out who is doing your calligraphy (ie- by hand or compuer) and then contact companies to do them for you and see how long they say it takes. I would assume the computer calligraphy is a lot quicker.
