addressing envelopes

addressing envelopes

I have a number of cousins who's bf/gf's are invited to the wedding. Do I put 'and guest' on the outter envelope. Or can I leave it just addressed to my cousin.

I have both of their first names on the inner envelope

ALSO... I have personlized response cards... is it alright to put

Mr. John Smith & Guest on there? Bc I don't know their bf/gf's last names and I want proper names on the response cards.....

ETA: none of these cousins are living with their significant other's yet they are all younger

Honestly? I'd get the guests full names if you can.

If you have just an outer envelope put and guest

If you have an inner envelope address the outter to just your cousin and on the inner envelope to and guest

I would also put the and guest on the personal response card

I have their first names so i was going to use both of their first names on the inner envelope.

this is what I wanted to hear!

ITA! I had to do the same thing. It's a pain but it 'looks better'
