Addressing Etiquette for Bridal Shower Invitations...PLEASE HELP?
How do you address a bridal shower invitation for a married woman: Mrs. John Smith or Mrs. Jane Smith or Jane Smith?
Where two married women live in the same house do you send them one invitation or two?
Where you are inviting mother and daughter...one invitation or two?
THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!

Re: Addressing Etiquette?
I don't believe bridal shower invitations HAVE to be as formal as the wedding invitations, so you can probably go with the first and last name. And I live at home still (not for long) and whenever my mother and I are invited to a shoer together - it comes on one invitation addressed to us both. Hope this helps!

My bridesmaids put first and last name with no title (ie., Jane Smith) and they sent one to ech person even if they were at the same address. I don't think shower invitations have to be as formal as wedding invitations.

id use Jane Smith, showers are definately not as formal as weddings... with 2 pepopl You can send one or two invitations, i'd probably send two just so that one doesnt receive the invite, and forget to show or tell the other person...

Re: Addressing Etiquette for Bridal Shower Invitations...PLEASE HELP?
If the woman is married, I have heard that you should address her as 'Mrs.John Smith'. If she is a widow, address her as 'Mrs.Mary Smith'. If she is single or divorced, use 'Ms. Mary Smith'.
