Addressing inner envelope

My brother and his wife have 3 children all under 18 and who are all invited to the wedding. The outside envelope is addressed Mr. and Mrs. John Smith. But how should the inner envelope read? My brother and I are close.

Is it...

Mr. and Mrs. Smith
Robert, William and Mary

or

John, Ellen, Robert, William and Mary

or

John and Ellen
Robert, William and Mary

Please help!!!!!!!!!

In mine, I used your second choice.

we're inviting basically everyone with their families so we're just going to write:

Mr. and Mrs. John Smith with family

from verseit.com

All family members should be included, however it is best not to use the words 'and family.' Instead, list all guests' names, keeping in mind that names of children may be spelled out, for example: 'Molly and Tristan,' and written below the parents' names in order of age.

I did:
Mr. and Mrs. Jones
Miss Brenda Jones
