Ladies who did Inkspun.com....did you mail them your envelopes that came with the invites? How much was shipping?

Yes, I mailed ONLY my envelopes to inkspun. The shipping was 8.00 and he sent them back within two days. He also kept a few extra incase we had add ons or a mistake and he will send them back for free!!

Mom is doing calligraphy, pays to have a graphic artist in the family. She used to make money doing it.

Re: addressing invitations

I had Tessa do my invites, and the envelopes were printed to match the invites with flowers in the corner, the addressees' names in purple script and the address in sage green 'art deco' print, just like inside the invites, same with return address.

I was inspired by this, and for my rehearsal dinner invites, I printed the addresses using a good color laser printer, tested a few fonts, etc. on 'test envelopes.' I love them! Plus, there is a calligraphy font if you want the same look for less (free) and smudge/error free! I'll post pics of both when I get a chance!

Everyone seemed impressed by the customized envelopes, even though there was no hand-calligraphy.
