addressing save the dates/invites

What is the proper way to address a female friend, a male friend, a family a married couple?

I dont have to invite plus guest for save the date correct? I would just address to the families, the single friend or the married couple?

I did not include guests on STD.. just the name of the friend and the family name
I did mine like this..

Mr. and Mrs. ______
Ms. _______
Mr. __________

Not 100% sure of the proper etiquette, but we are addressing the STD's like this:

Single person - Jennifer Jones (not adding & guest until the wedding invitation)

For a family - The Jones Family

For a married couple - Mr & Mrs. Mike Jones
