Did you do this:

John and Lisa Smith

Smith, NY 55555

OR did you do this:

Mr. and Mrs. John and Lisa Smith
555 Smith Avenue
Smith, NY 55555


I dont know if I should do a more formal 'title' because they are the STDs

I would do formal Mr and Mrs. x Smith that way it will be already for the invites

You don't have to list both husband and wife's names with the mr and mrs.
