Addressing STD's

Addressing STD's

I know there has been posts like this before but Im trying to start my STD's. How do you address the envelopes for the STD for a group of people who live in the same house and do you just send one or one to each person if they are older? For example if you are inviting a mother and son that live together (son is 28). Also, a single dad and his two sons that are 18 and 24.... do they each get their own or do I send one and how do I address it Mr John Doe, Mr. Peter Doe, and Mr. Tom Doe. That seems silly to me. But, I really have no clue!

If they lived in the same household and it was more than 2 people I addressed it to The Smith Family. If it is 2 people I just put both their names. Also, I kept it pretty informal & didnt use Mr. & Mrs./Ms.

For the STD I just kept it easy and wrote The Smith family. When we sent our invites two weeks ago I did more specific A mother and her boyfriend living with a daughter. I sent one to the mom + guest and then sent the daughter her own.

I agree. Keep the STD addressing simple and informal. You can worry about all the personal details for your invites.
