addressing STD's

addressing STD's

is this ok?

married couple

Mr. & Mrs. John Smith

add periods?
use the '&' sign

friend dating someone

Ms. Jane Smith & Guest

Idont want to use the bf's name...what if they break up?
or should we use the guy's name first?

Friend dating someone forever

Mr. John Smith & Ms. Jane Smith

for the STDs we didn't include & Guest on them. we just addressed them to our friends & family. we only included a couples names if they are engaged or living together.

I did the same as you.. except for the 'and guest'. I didn't write any 'and guest' on STDs, I just put the significant others name. Even if they break up, if neither FH or I is friends with the significant other, I'm sure the s/o will know they are not invited.

Also, I didn't want to send some people w/ their s/o's name and some w/o b/c I feel like that would be me saying I think so and so is going to stay together and I think so and so is going to break up lol

For engaged couples or people living together we did it in alphebetical order

'Miss Jane Smith &
Mr. John Doe'

For people just dating we put our friends name on on it only this way if they break up they don't HAVE to be invited with another date (we're not inviting single people with Guests)

'Miss Jane Smith'
