ADDRESSING STDs! NEED HELP!

OK, I'm addressing my STDs...when I have a family with children should it be:

Mr. Thomas Connolly & Family

-OR-

Mr. & Mrs. Thomas Connolly & Family

ANNNNDD...when I have a widow, should it be...

Ms. Irene Connolly

-OR-

Mrs. John P. Connolly

Heeeeeeeelp

I would do
Mr & Mrs. Connolly and Family

Or, if there aren't too many kids, you can do:
Mr & Mrs. Connolly
Boy Connolly & Girl Connolly

For the widow, I think it depends on how formal you want to be, and maybe her age? I just picture older women being ok w/Mrs. Husband's name, but not so much younger women.

ummm thats really tough..

for the 1st one I think
Mr. Thomas Connolly & Family is correct because you did mention family
or Mr & Mrs. Connolly and family

but for the 2nd one I think it should be Mrs. Irene Connolly
I dont think putting her husbands name is correct as well as addressing her as MS.
