Is it ok to send a family of 4 one invitation? FH's aunt & uncle are being invited with their 2 kids. The girl is 18 and the boy is 15. Or do I have to send the girl her own invite since she's older?

If you're not inviting her with a guest, I think it should be fine. I know they say you're not supposed to since she's 18 but I doubt she'd care.

if she has a bf, then I would send her a separate invitation.
If she is just coming with her parents, I would do Mr. & Mrs. + Family, or The ___ Family...
