Adoption agencies!!! PLEASE!

If you or you know someone that had a good experience with adoptions, whether it was domestic or international..can you please give me the names of the agencies. This is much scarier than I thought it was going to be and have been on some forum sites and many adoption agencies are crooked. Its really terrible. I would GREATLY appreciate any help anyone has!!! We arent interested infants, preferrable one and up, up to age 8. Thanks very very very much!!!!

My boss used Holt about 4 years ago. She adopted a baby from China. It was an extremely positive experience for her.

I have friends that adopted from Turkey. They adopted one little girl then went back and got her 1/2 sister a year later. It's a long process but well worth it.
