I got my gown there a few months ago. I worked with Chris and she was great. So nice and very patient :)

I got a bridesmaids dress from there a long time ago (I was 16) so I don't remember much of the bridesmaid experience though I plan to take my girls there this weekend to look at dresses for them.

I can't remember what, but I know that I've heard at least 1 really good review and at least 2 or 3 really bad reviews.

When my mother and I went we found them to be very snotty with us. Also, they wouldn't tell us who made the dresses and/or style number unless we bought it, which I hate since then you can't really shop around.

I have ordered my dress from there---
So far, so good! I worked with a girl who had huge boobs and I think goes to FIT, but I don't remember her name! (LOL) And I worked with the owner on the price. I bargained it down A LOT! I really like the way they had the store organized as far as price and style goes too.

I got my prom dress there I had a great experience with them! The dress came in the wrong size (too big) so they waived all alteration fees and fixed it for me. Those were the BEST alterations I have ever had, the dress fit me like a glove (and I almost always have issues with strapless because I have a teeny tiny chest) so all positive from me!!!

My dress was kind of ordered through there. I've only dealt with the owner. I went for my first fitting there last weekend. It was fine. Not sure what it's supposed to be like though, I have no frame of reference.

I had an appointment there to try on wedding dresses with someone. After I put the first dress on, she was no where to be found. I stood there for about 8 minutes waiting there with my mom and nothing... My mom finally got the teenage worker who answers the phones to help me. So disappointed in there service. They worker said she apologizes and the other girl had to take a phone call.
