I orded my dress from there - I tried on about 15 dresses and LOVED almost all of them.
If you go, ask for Sophia, she's the best.
They get mixed reviews, but my experience has been great thus far. They have a large selection of dresses.

we got the BM dresses and my mom's dress from there- service is good, everything came in on time - alterations are a different story

I didn't go there for any of my dresses but my good friend went there. She purchased her gown and BM gowns at Adriennes. I think they are ok. They have 2 different buildings, one side for bridal/MOB and MOG and another just for BM dresses.
I had no problem with my alterations when I was getting my BM dress done, but some of the other girls in her party did.

I went there a few times to look at bridal gowns. Sophia was really nice. The only problem was that they wouldn't tell me who was the designer of the dress, and I finally dragged it out of them (4 phone calls later) they lied to me. I understand they don't want anyone running off and buying a dress off the internet after they invested all this time, but being so secretive is a major turn off for me.

DON'T DO IT!!!! Alterations I had on a dress there were awful! I had to go to another shop down the road to have them fixed. Angel Bridals in East Islip were awesome!!

I will be posting the whole story on my review- but to make the story short - they were extremely rude to one of my BMs, and one of my other BMs tthey were supposed to let the dress out and instead they took it in. The end result was good, but not worth the headache for the amount of $$ they had to pay!

Now that I have my gown home and my wedding is in less than 1 day... I will keep it short and simple... HECK NO DO NOT GO TO ADRIENNES...FUll review as to why will be after the wedding/honeymoon!

I just read the craziest post about them on the 07 board. they sound so incompetent, i guess i wont be looking there for my BM gowns. Unfortunately one of the gowns i am interested in is sold there. I will search for someplace new.

My sister just had the worst experienc with their alterations dept. there today and took her dress to Phyliss instead to get it altered.
