I'm reading some negative things about Adriennes and their alteration tactics. They have a cap of $295 on bridal gowns (bustles are extra) but some girls are saying they paid ALOT more than the cap. Has anyone here had a GOOD experience with them and their alterations? My daughter is getting her wedding gown there (it's in already, her wedding is in Nov) and I'm hoping we don't have problems with them over charging or something. Her FHs cousin ordered her daughters prom dress there. It seems they ordered it a size larger than she needed and then charged ALOT for alterations!! Real cute.

Im getting married at the end of this month and I have had a positive experience with them (other than the price). My alterations came out perfect, my bustle is great... BUT I was charged $325 for a simple French Bustle and barely any alterations on the bodice. They took alittle in on each side on the top and a little in the middle... $325!!!!!!! PLUS, I paid an additional charge for a hollow to hem when I first ordered the dress. SO... in this long winded post, They are expensive, but my alterations came out perfect... so what am I gonna do. Weddings are expensive right?

My mom and I both bought our MOH and MOB dresses at Adrienne's for my sister's wedding 3 years ago. We had a very positive experience, and our alterations were done well and not overly priced. I am always surprised when I hear negative things about them. Hopefully your experience will be more like mine!
