anyone know where one can take adult ballet? looking for something that is a SERIOUS workout!

There is a palce next to my office building- ( on 26th street-between 7th & 6th) , I can't thin of the name right now.
None of teh beginer classe were at good tiems, so I'v enevber gone, but I took ballet all through High school.

That Peridance place sounds good.
I've never heard of it.
I'm a little intimidated to take clas in NYC, but that one seems ok for non dancers.
