adult only reception
how would you take this as a guest:
over 21?
over 18?
over 16?
basically to save money on invites and postage we sent my aunt and cousins one invite. its my aunt, her b/f, my 20 yr old cousin, my 18 yr old cousin and my 14 year old cousin.
my 18yr old cousin just wrote me on facebook:
My mom wanted to know what the adult age ended at for the reception because she didnt want to just go and leave us kids behind and she also wanted to know where we be sitting
um... YOU, (20) and (14) are invited. lol
you're not kids. kids are under 13 years old. lol
um, the reception ends at 12:00am. so its cocktail at 6, then dinner reception from 7-12.
as for sitting, I have no clue. once I get the rsvps back from everyone then i'll know.
and let your mom know her BF is invited. we just didn't know his name.
Its rick and okay ill tell her everything and i thought since it said adult and its a wedding 21 and older would be the adults cause of drinking and me and (20) cant drink....legaly
no... adults only is for kids under 13.
over 13 is considered an adult.
the only kids there are fh's 2 nephews and 2 nieces, but they're our ring bearers and flower girls. oh and my nephew, but he's a groomsmen and he's 13.
so yea, you, (14) and (20) are fine.
so now I'm thinking, are my guests going to understand the ages? are they going to think under21 is not invited? so what do you consider an adult? (we said 13 because first off, they're mature and second they get charged per person as an adult at that age)
