Adult Only Reception Ladies!!!

What is your age cutoff?
21 yrs and up? 17yrs and up?

I just wanna get a sense of everyone's idea of 'Adult Only'?

Let the drama begin... I think our families are gonna have a fit but we cant do 50+kids...

almost this! I have 2 cousins that are around 12, one who is 15, and the rest are 20+

I'd say 21+

I don't have any cousins/relatives in that 18-20 range so i'd cut it off at 21. HOWEVER; if you have a cousin that is 18 or 19; i'd make an exception and let them come.

We said 18 but his sister is 16, and then he has two cousins 18 and 16 that are sisters so we invited both. We also have a 17 yo from out of town.

13 and up ...but we dont have many kids in that range

18 and older only young kids are the ones in the bridal party. and my brothers daughter who is 10 months....

Us also. with the exception of the flower girl and my neice who will be around 10 months by the time of the wedding, our cutoff is 18.

21 + older. The only 2 kids there will be the FG and RB, but I am also having a babysitter in the Bridal Suite for them!

THis is the way to go; just write Adult Only reception.

Maybe also include on the invitation just the amount of guests invited i.e. two seats or 1 seat has been reserved for you etc.

Besides FH 2 nieces that are 14. Everyone is 18 and up. And we only have about 8 guest in the 18-21 range . I love kids, but no little kids at our wedding.

but there will only be 2 16 year olds there.

for me no kids means little kids running a muck lol I think teenagers can compose themself

16 and up, although we're making an exception for my cousin who is a tad younger than that. The only 'kid' will be my goddaughter who is eight and has two older sisters (16 and 18) to hang with.

21 and up ... The only and I mean *only* children we are permitting is the flower girls/ring bearer since they are family. Lots of friends/family are not happy with this ... its a SATURDAY night wedding people! lol

our cutoff was 15+. we had a few kids (the ones in the BP) nut other than that, they weren't allowed.

No kids except my daughter (5), her two besties (4 and 6 who are in the wedding party). One of FH's cousins we are close to is coming solo because they don't have a sitter. I love their kids, they're VERY well behaved but it's not fair. We'd have 25 kids and I don't want that for my wedding day. My RH actually charges for a security person per certain # of children which i think is great to ensure that all is under control

The only 'kids' that would be there will be my immediate cousins (the 3 girls are in the BP, and the 3 boys are handing out programs, and walking my nana down the aisle), and the two twins I'm a nanny for (16 month old ), but they're only staying for the ceremony and CH.

Other than that, we addresses the RSVP card Mr & Mrs, or John D. & Jane D and marked off either 1 or 2 on the # of guests option. I'm hoping they all get the idea lol

imo adult only...it depends on what you want it for, if your trying to cut numbers I understand 21 cut off...but if its just for behavior my 10 year old cousin is perfectly capable of behaving himself and my 16 yr old cousins definitely are. Ontop of the fact that those people just mentioned are cousins i've seen at every holiday since they were born, sooo it really depends on your family dynamic, how close you are and like I said your reasoning behind an age cut off .
