I was wondering if anyone could give me with some information for an adventurous honeymoon. I've heard great things about costa rica for that but not sure exactly where to start or where is good. Some place that had all inclusive would be great. We're interested in things like snorkling, scubadiving, parasailing, boating, hiking, hanggliding etc. Thanks in advance!!

I am thinking of going there too. Check out www.costaricaexpeditions.com. Also the Rum & Reggae's Costa Rica travel guide. It is full of great information about different places to visit, hotels, activities, etc.

Also try out costaricaexperts.com They have sample packages on their site and you can customize them too if you'd like. (I saw and ad for them in a bridal magazine and checked it out yesterday ).

We are doing an adventurous honeymoon, but ours is to Australia. We went through Liberty Travel and our travel agent was extremely helpful. She gave us books of pre-planned tours and said to use it like a wishbook. She had us go through and pick out activities from different tours and then custom made an individual tour just for us. We're going snorkeling on a heart shaped reef, taking a camel ride into sunrise in the outback, climbing the Sydney Harbor Bridge, staying in a rainforest for 2 nights, etc. Lots of fun stuff. I would recommend going into a travel agent and getting a tour book for Costa Rica if you want to go there and trying to pick out activities that way.

we looked into costa rica for the honeymoon but our travel agent said noway. he said its rainy season and didnt want us to risk it.
instead we booked a trip to alaska - salmon fishing (FH loves fishing), whale watching, glacier kayaking, helicopter tours, brewery tours, train and tram rides, zip lining...well you get the idea.
