Advice for bach party??

I'm trying to help my BP plan my bachelorette party. I think we're going to try to do an overnight trip to the city, so I'm looking for suggestions for hotels and for something to do at night. Here's the catch, though...my sister (MOH) is 20. She won't be 21 until a month after my wedding!! What can we do that's lots of fun but that can still include her? I'm going to look into Mangia e Bevi, but other suggestions would be great too.

We stayed at the Belvedere... NIce hotel... Clean, comfortable, and not too much $$$, near everything

we ate at mangia e bevi- So much fun

and went to time square hunks- 18 to get it 21 to drink- MOSTLY bachelorette parties and some birthdays! I had the best time!

Great place!!
I had an awesome time, was there for a Bday, but there were 2 bach parties going at the same time. Think tamberines and dancing on chairs to some good top 40 stuff.
Food is excellent--try the fried calamari
Yumm!
