one of my best friends is gonna be getting engaged soon and doesnt know it (i cant waittt ) and i wanted to give her a little book with all advice for wedding planning... does anyone have any?

i wanted to make her one...she loves homemade stuff and is crafty and always making me things, so i figured i'd give it a try lol. but i'm def going to tell her about liw too when the time comes! lol.

i'm not sure if you want to buy it or make it but i really like the making it option. i feel like the books out there are not always relateable. i always feel like when i read the boards that i completely can relate to the advice or situations being written about. so maybe you can find inspiration on the boards and make her one. i always prefer more personalized gifts like that!
eta: i also think there was a post a few days ago with wedding 'advice'

but if not... ive seen books at barnes and nobles! or get her bridal mags or subscriptions too

aside from joining LIW...
my honest advice is to think about what they want before they start planning... the advice ive gotten here is invaluable to the type of wedding im planning... but I wish I would have just eloped or something and then just had a huge block party or something... which was my original plan...
