I would confront her myself! I would ask are you angry with me for something? And then go onto say I feel blah blah blah and take it from there. It's better to say something before hand ghet it out now so it is what it is come the wedding day.

Is she married yet? Just remind her that this is your special day and something you worked hard at and have been dreaming of for a long time.

Let her now just how important this is to you and just how important her participation in the process is to you.

I am so sorry that you are going through this. I would ask her to lunch or something and speak to her, let her know how you feel and how hurt you are by her actions. Maybe she doesnt realize that she's being a b*tch and will change. If she doesn't change then at least you know you tried and you can forget about her grouchyness and not depend on her for anything.
