Heres my dilema. Ever since my little one has been born my oldest daughter hasn't actually done much of anything specific to her. Like during the summer we went to Sesame place... granted she loved the water rides and games and had fun even though it was baby-ish. But now I want to do something for her only. So I was thinking of getting her tickets to see Chris Brown (The girl lovessssss him) for christmas.. But the problem is its at Mohegan Sun 2 days after Christmas. And obviously I'm not going to take the ferry from LI to there in the winter.
So should i wait till he has another show closer and do something else for her or just go for it?

Why not take the ferry? It's heated on the inside like being in a building! I've been to CT to visit my sister in the winter and it was fine.

i would take the ferry. FH and i go to CT all the time. we love the ferry!!!

I guess I can do do the ferry then... But then having to taxu around lol I dunno its just, shes 8 and dragging her around in the cold I'm alittle worried about you know.. But shes in love with trhis boy and I've been wanting to take her for awhile now... hes going to be at Jingle Ball but those tickets are insanly priced..lol

you dont have to take a cab you can bring your car right on the ferry

I think you should take her it will make her so happy! The ferry should be fine and she might even enjoy being on the ferry and seeing how the cars go right on the boat.

I think that's a really sweet idea. The ferry is a great way to get across. You can board your car, and you can just stay in the cabin so you don't have to worry about the cold.
