ADVICE NEEDED: Benefit of 2 Videographers??

I searched on this and didn't find anything!

We are meeting with our photo/video vendor on Thursday and I've been thinking about getting an additional videographer.

Can someone please tell me the major differences that you noticed between having 2 vs. 1 videographer and more importantly - Was it worth the money??

For me, the only two times I thought it was necessary to have 2 photographers/2 videographers was when we first saw each other for pictures and when I walk down the aisle.

I wanted to capture our expressions when we first saw one another, me walking towards him, FH looking at me.

For the ceremony, I wanted the back shot of me while I was walking down the aisle as well as a front capture of me walking down the aisle. At the same time, I want FH captured as well. You can't do that with 1 cameraman.

We haven't had our wedding yet so I don't know if this additional cost was worth it but I sure hope it is!

I must say that this was one of my major hang ups too.. I wanted the 2 videographers for 2 reasons,

1 i wanted them to record fh getting ready w, the guys & i wanted that shot as well , when the doors open & he sees me.

well after meeting & booking my guy , he said these 2 thinsg to me , which then made me realzie that I dont need 2.

he said that its not gonna take the guys 2 hours to get ready , they just get dressed & done, as oppsed to us w. make up & all, those things are nice captured on film, !!

2nd that special moment shot in the chursh , he said he would put a still video on fh , when the doors open, it wont cost extra for that , as no one is filim it , its on a tri pod set dead on his face , & then the 1 video guys is filimin me,,

That is a great idea...I'm going to ask about that. I wanted 2 cameras for those 2 reasons as well.
