How much info can the listing realtor disclose (i.e: how long on market, why homeowners are moving, has there been any offers, price flexibility etc...)
AND
do I have to disclose that i am working w/ my own realtor?

They are not allowed to give any personal info. on your resons for selling .( Divorce , gone crazy etc.) Nor are they allowed to give exact prices of any other offers or how much you should offer.

You can get a guestimation on how long the house has been on the market by the MLS number if there is one. Usually the first 2 digits are the year, I think.
