Advice needed PLEASEE..lonng sorry

Soo im stressing myself out over this although I know its not my responsibility to worry abt my guests accomodations and trans.. however me and fh always imagined since our wedding ends so late wed all stay in a hotel together with fam n bp and have brunch the next day.

I have been looking at a few hotels mainly the vianna, the hyatt place at garden city and the hilton in westbury.. btw my hall is jericho terrace..

Each of them has pos and neg about them.. what we really want is abt 15 to 20 rooms blocked off. A coach bus (preferred) or shuttles to trans all guest to and from the wedding, and a private brunch the next day. Turns out the brunch will end up being over 1k for abot 45 50 ppl. any other suggestions, m i just looking too much into this, trying to be wonderbride??

some of the hotels have a small room where you can cater the food yourself which can cut cost.

My room block is at the hampton inn in westbury, and we can get the room for $100 and will cater brunch instead of going and paying per person.

Just an option.

We're doing the inn at fox hollow. Shuttle is free as is breakfast in the morning. It's not private, but whatever. We're paying them a few hunded to extend it by an hour because it'll be a Monday and their breakfast normally ends at 9
