How can I get teh point across to my last two bridesmaids that I need them to call in there measurements like now!

tell them that their dress will not fit right if they dont get the measurements in now... let them know that they really waiting until the last minute and they have no more time left. You really can't beat around the bush with that... just come out and tell them!

I'd tell a white lie...Tell your bridesmaids that that the dress place called you because they haven't come in yet. Make it sound like the dress place is pestering you.
