Getting married at DeSeversky and I was looking at Dr. Beat and More than Music. I am looking for uplighting, percussion and DJ...any thoughts?

We're getting married at De Seversky also!!
I haven't looked into the DJ's you mentioned, but we looked at Variety, After Hours, and FM - we loved them all! Such a hard decision!

FM is the only one we looked at but they are great and affordable they will work out a package with you for everything you want!!!

We are using LI Sound - they are amazing--- they did my eparty to perfection and I saw them at NYE at Lands End.
I also hear really good things about body rock & Dance Jock

Try Baratinni Productions. I picked Kevin because I grew up with him and trusted him more than strangers I guess for one vendor at least lol.
About up lighting, I asked about it and it just seems like tooooo much $$$ for what you are getting. It just wasn't worth it to me. I was told $40-$65 per light from diff. places and about 20-25 are needed. NOT FOR ME LOL
