Re: advice on the sale contract?
We forgot to put in the contract that jacuzzi hot tub was included (it was outside on the deck). But when we realized we forgot, it was too late the contract was already signed, so instead of adding it and waiting another 2 weeks to revise it, we just crossed our fingers that it was included and it was. If it was something major I think I would have had the contract revised and sent to the owners.

Re: advice on the sale contract?
When we brought our old house the contract stated that the appliances were included. We did get a washer and dryer but NOT the ones we orginially saw in the house which were new. They replaced the new ones with old working ones!!!!! And that was house that we paid FULL asking price! Some people are just so shady! In our new house the owner left some crap that we're going to have to pay extra to remove. DH doesn't want to make an issue about it because the woman we brought the house from is friends with alot of people in the neighborhood. I feel like taking the crap and dumping it on her new lawn (she still lives in the area).
