Advice when you pick up your dress!!

ladies....I wish someone had told me to do this because it was SUCH a pain to me all night long!

Make sure your seamstress hems the tulling or crenoline underneath your dress!!! Mine pinned mine up but never let me try the dress on once it was finished one last time...I was tripping on the inside of my dress ALL NIGHT LONG!! Soooooo annoying.

Learn from my mistake and dont let this happen to you!

I had a similar situation - when I put it on the day of - my entire hem was about an inch too long! It just touched the ground, so it looked ok, but I tripped on it all night long.....

I wish I could have tried it on, but the reason they prefer you don't, is because they steam it right before pickup so there are no wrinkles. So....understandable, but still.....

I wondered why they dont let you try it on one more time...makes sense but if I knew about the 'tripping factor' I would have asked to walk in it one more time to make sure I didnt look like a stumbling klutz!!
